As an Associate Art Director, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping integrated campaigns from concept through execution. You’ll collaborate closely with creative leadership, project management, and account teams to deliver thoughtful, high-quality creative across digital, print, social, video, and experiential touchpoints.

This role is ideal for a senior-level designer ready to step further into ownership, leadership, and creative influence.

What You’ll Do

  • Concept and execute work across branding, print, digital, social, web, outdoor, and video
  • Contribute to and help lead fully integrated, 360° campaigns
  • Interpret creative briefs with a strategic and critical eye
  • Maintain and evolve client brand standards across all deliverables
  • Balance big-idea thinking with strong production execution
  • Manage multiple projects and fast turnarounds in a deadline-driven environment
  • Collaborate with copywriters, project managers, videographers, freelancers, as well as media and account teams
  • Present work with clear, strategy-based rationale
  • Participate in client-facing meetings and presentations (remote and in-person)
  • Lead or contribute meaningfully to brainstorms and concept development
  • Mentor junior designers or interns when applicable
  • Ensure quality and consistency across all final work

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of professional design experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Working knowledge of videography and photography production workflows
  • Entry-level motion or animation experience required
  • Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects strongly preferred
  • 3D experience (Cinema 4D or similar) a great plus
  • Strong typography, layout, and composition skills
  • Experience collaborating closely with copy, content, and editing teams
  • Experience using AI tools for creative ideation and experimentation, with strong judgment around craft and application
  • Comfortable using project management tools (Basecamp, Monday, or similar)
  • Clear communicator with strong organizational skills
  • Calm under pressure and confident navigating ambiguity
