Interior Solutions is looking to fill our need for design services in our Tempe, Arizona branch. More specifically, we are looking for someone with a background in commercial interiors capable of fulfilling a Senior Designer role to champion projects with us.

Experience in CET Designer and AutoCAD/CAP Designer is a must but equally important is a strong understanding of the design process and achieving deliverables to push concepts past ideation into installation.

We are a multi-vertical commercial interiors provider. As a Senior Designer, you will:

Manage design projects in accordance with our project flow partnering your action items to deliverables in order to achieve superior results in your design solutions.
Use conceptual tools and methods to ideate product solutions for our clients and validate accurate and complete specification prepared for order and installation.
Use advanced industry knowledge to obtain and leverage strong product knowledge to ensure specifications are efficient and effective.
Leverage design tools like AutoCAD, 2020 Cap and CET Designer to sketch, draw and render solutions and complement your budgets and specifications.
Manage the design project flow in order to communicate project status and advocate for the client as a job moves from idea to installation.


Lead the complete design process which includes client programming, space planning, product specifications, finish selections, scope, presentations, conceptual design, block and project planning.
Utilize multiple technology platforms such as CAD tools and our business enterprise system.
Regularly interact and collaborate with clients to learn their needs, solve and plan, revise and implement project deliverables.


An associate degree in design or a related field is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Product knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD, 2020 Cap and CET designer is required. Revit is preferred.
Knowledge of the design process and an ability to articulate the purpose and results of each step.
Ability to communicate effectively.
