WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will join our new Global Services Center in Phoenix/Tempe as part of Visual Graphics & Media’s Account Coordination team.

You will be a member of a global team across several US locations, Costa Rica, Poland and India. You will be a key contributor to a small team, in which you’ll work closely with creative leaders and a group of designers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will support our teams by managing graphical strategies for some of the firm’s most complex projects and oversee their organization in accordance to internal processes, best practices, service delivery agreements and departmental guidelines.

As part of the team, you will be focusing on building relationships with our clients to support and accelerate their needs, open possibilities for their projects and be a direct partner to them, leveraging your skills in project management and communications to actively guide them to navigate our services and coordinate their requirements.

You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other regional and global coordinators, operations managers and stakeholders across various teams, to ensure process development and service improvement. You will contribute to the constant progress of our service and be an advocate for our clients, helping us shape the foundations of our Visual Graphics and Media team in the region.

QUALIFICATIONS
Strong Skills in communications, business, administration or project management equivalent

2+ years of experience in client service or customer relations; ability to build and maintain strong relations, demonstrated expertise in applying customer service mindset 

2+ years of experience in project management; analytical and organizational skills, strong trajectory of problem solving and solution orientation

Solid knowledge in communications strategies and approaches; excellent and efficient communication skills, effective negotiation skills and empathic delivery

Mastery of stakeholder management; adaptable to a fast-paced project environment; excellent ability to manage multiple complex projects globally, over varying timelines; willingness to learn and share knowledge across teams

Experience and knowledge in design related field is an advantage; excited to work closely with designers, creative roles and media related products

Excited to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; willingness for occasional travel

Ability to maintain a distinct level of confidentiality
