Senior Graphic Designer—Red Mountain Weight Loss

Summary of Position:
The RMWL Senior Graphic Designer will provide design, creation, and production of all graphic visualization including digital advertising, monthly promotional digital and retail displays, email and social graphics, eBooks, newsletters, and collateral materials.
The Senior Graphic Designer will be an integral part of the Marketing Team and provide input and collaboration on the overall marketing, branding, and patient online and in-person interactions.
Job Functions & Duties:
-Conceptualize campaign vision with graphic designers, art direction of the brands, coordinating all creative efforts.
-Create visual aspects of marketing materials, in-location promotional displays, and supporting other digital marketing channels with the application of motion graphics for website, app, landing pages, digital ads, and email.
-Responsible for package and pre-press for the primary Red Mountain Weight Loss® brand and its affiliated brand's jobs when needed (Red Mountain Med Spa®, Nationwide Compounding Rx, and Hit Factory)
-Design point of sale material for brands including but not limited to: handouts, direct mail, discount cards, print and digital retail displays and collateral, packaging, email Blasts, and newsletters.
-Design HTML e-mail blasts.
-Create and design retail display slide shows.
-Manage photo shoots providing creative direction including but not limited to: retail products, employee headshots, patient “After” photos.
-Manage and assist with internal photo guidelines, processes, and training to achieve standards necessary for both marketing and operational needs.
-Help manage creative assets for digital platforms including but not limited to social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube LinkedIn), Shopify, WordPress, Marketing Cloud, ISSU, etc.
-Help coordinate and manage relationships with appropriate print partners and other vendors.
-Post-production video edits, when needed
-Analyze current design and market trends, patient needs, and the competitive landscape
-Other duties as assigned.
-5-10 years of conceptual brand, graphic and digital design ability. 2-4 years of ad agency experience is a plus.

-Portfolio demonstrating high-level branding, digital and traditional campaigns, and visual story-telling skills.
-Strong conceptual thinking skills partnered and attention to detail.
-Proficiency in using design programs including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, iMovie. Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, After Affects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro.
-Experience with designing print and digital point of sale material and other promotional materials required.
-An independent, collaborative partner who can handle multiple projects with minimal oversight.
-Strong typography, visual, graphic, and experience design sensibilities.
