Strong consulting professional with a BFA Design focused in Graphic Design from University of Kansas. Lover of food, travel, and running. Consumer of content across all platforms. Molly served as Social Media Director and VP of Communications before taking on the role of Secretary in 2021.

Cory Skaaren

Award-winning design professional and industry advocate with over thirty years of practical experience in production, creative, editorial, illustrative, and agency environments. Creative Director at Skaaren Design and Resketch.

Katherine Morgan

Creative Director, Morgan and Company. Kathy has served on the AIGA Arizona board for over 9 years and advised and/or co-directed PHXDW for many years.

Morgan Clark

Senior Product Designer living in Phoenix. You can likely find her listening to any (and every) podcast or working in Figma. Most of the time doing both. She’s been on the board since 2018 as the In-House Chair, Director of Design for Good, Vice President and now Chapter Manager.

Jennifer Flaks

A professional polymath – performing arts to investment banking to graphic design – and interests extending even further to sports and technology where she’s an investor through two venture capital “seed” funds focused on SaaS technology for B2B markets. Jen is also the earliest person to most meetings and always over-dressed.

Jenn Monroy

Graphic designer and marketing professional with over 16 years of experience on agency and in-house teams. Associate Creative Director at the award-winning advertising agency, LAVIDGE. Founder + Lead Designer of ReJennerate Creative, LLC, a small firm specializing in branding, print + digital design and creative strategy. Jenn served for over 5 years in roles including Volunteer Director, Chapter Manager, PHXDW 2018 Director, PHXDW 2020 Co-Director, and President.

Bailey Zelena

Creative and collaborative graphic designer based in Tempe, AZ. Often found collaging or diving into her passion projects, always with a caffeinated beverage in hand. Bailey served as Communications Chair before transitioning to Communications Director, bringing her unique vision and dedication to each role.

Nicole served as Programming Director and VP of Programming before taking on the role of President and PHXDW 2021 & 2022 Co-Director.

Has specialized in developing robust, award-winning marketing campaigns at both local and national levels. Proficient in print and digital design, merchandise, web design, signage, environmental design, and brand development with a focus on visual identity. Passionate about integrating elements of her Mexican culture into her work whenever possible.
