Last week, AIGA Arizona and The Creative Group teamed up to organize a Behance Portfolio Review for the Phoenix design community. This event was held in cities all over the world, and as the Phoenix event, we ended up with a great turnout.

Reviewers, attendees, and volunteers made this event happen. Andy Brenits of APS, Lisa Altomare of McMurry, Jack Sullivan of Art Institute of Phoenix, Dereck Bermudez of Pyxl, James Archer of Forty Agency, and those of The Creative Group all brought valuable tips and information to share on presenting a successful portfolio.

The reviewees had the chance to speak with each reviewer in a less formal setting and within group breakout sessions. Everyone was able to give input and share their design knowledge alongside an expert.

Overall, the event turned out well and there was a positive response with many sharing their thoughts in the Facebook event. We hope to have another in the Spring, so stay tuned!
