Phoenix Design Week is traditionally a week-long celebration of design organized by AIGA Arizona. This year we are jamming everything into a single weekend. We celebrate you and our vibrant creative community by providing a forum for sharing best practices, showcasing exceptional work, and gaining inspiration.

PHXDW has always delivered to its design community: amazing speakers; impressive venues; polished production; swanky events. But if we stripped that all away—if we were sans all the bells and whistles—would there be anything left?

YES. We would have a community that truly makes Design Week worth having. The community that built Phoenix Design Week from the ground up 13 years ago and gave it a life that survives and thrives beyond a single week and four walls.

This year we celebrate the “without”, as it’s shown us our strength within. It’s in this season of sans that we cordially invite our design community to be the serif, the color, the pattern, the texture, the dimension, the __________ that brings this event to life.

Snag yourself an all-access pass which will allow you to register for every AIGA Arizona sponsored event, all week(end) long*. Don’t think you’ll be able to make all of the live events? No worries, you’ll have access to the recordings for all events you register for, even if you don’t attend them at the scheduled time. We know it’s been a hard year so we have moved to a fully donation-based ticketing system. Your donations go towards future AIGA Arizona and PHXDW programming. The more you donate, the bigger and better the next in-person PHXDW will be! Suggested donation levels are provided below.

So how will this All-Access Pass work?

Your pass allows you access to register for every qualifying PHXDW (*end) event all weekend long. Purchase your pass here and you’ll receive a unique access code and instructions on individual event registration, via email, 2 days before the schedule of events launches in early September. This year, no event will have an attendee cap, however, you will still need to register for events.

*All events hosted by AIGA Arizona will be included in the all-access pass and listed accordingly on the official PHXDW event schedule. Other PHXDW and community partner events may or may not be included in the listed all-access pass and may require an additional fee by event hosts. Please make sure to check the official schedule on the Phoenix Design Week website. These events are subject to the host’s platform preference, may not take place on Crowdcast, and will require separate registration.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Substitutions and Cancellations

There are no refunds on all-access passes. You may transfer any ticket registration to another person by notifying us no later than Friday, October 15, 2021, you must request a transfer prior to registering for events on Crowdcast, if you already registered for events you can no longer transfer your ticket. Your request must include your name and e-mail address as well as that of the person who will be attending in your place.

Those who are currently holding ticket credits from previous years may either choose to (a) hold the entire credit for a future year when we return with a full conference, or (b) apply a portion of your credit dollar-for-dollar toward any PHXDW 2021 ticket, with the remainder held in credit toward any future Phoenix Design Week Conference.

Schedule is subject to change. Notice of event cancellation or changes will be sent to the email address you provided when registering through Eventbrite. PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR EMAIL REGULARLY FOR PHXDW NOTIFICATIONS.

Permission and Conduct

Your registration constitutes permission to use photos, audio and video recordings taken of you at the events for promotional and educational purposes in connection with Phoenix Design Week, and places you on the master Phoenix Design Week mailing list. You may opt out at any time.

AIGA Arizona has adopted the AIGA Code of Conduct with regard to all activities.
